The Longest Johns

The Longest Johns have been singing shanties & folk songs together for years. It wouldn’t be the obvious path to stardom for most bands but something about the stories, captivating harmonies & exuberant live show has made them a ‘must-see act’.
In a few short years, they have gone from singing sea shanties in a kitchen to signing with Decca records, major festivals, tours, TV appearances & gained a massive online following.
As the face of the sea shanty revival with ‘Wellerman‘, the Johns are reaching millions of new fans all across the globe.
Get ready to raise the roof of Trinity with powerful harmonies, rollicking tunes from latest album ‘Smoke and Oakum’, viral TikTok hits & classic old time Americana, as the global sea shanty superstars come home.
