Welcome to Bristol Folk Festival! By purchasing a ticket and attending our event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Tickets and Admission

– All tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
– Proof of Purchase must be presented for entry and may be digital or printed.
– Admission is at the discretion of the event organisers.

Event Changes

– We reserve the right to make alterations to the festival programme, including changes to the advertised artists, venues, and timings, without prior notice.
– Changes to the line-up or schedule do not qualify for a refund.

Venue Rules

– Each venue may have its own house rules, which must be respected at all times.
– We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject individuals for behaviour deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive.

Safety & Conduct

– Attendees must comply with any instructions from event staff and stewards.
– Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Photography & Recording

– Professional recording or photography without prior written permission from the organisers is prohibited.
– By attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

Liability

– The organisers are not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
– Attendance is at your own risk. We accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by attendees unless caused by our negligence.

Age Policy

– Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation

– In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the promoter’s refund policy at that time.

Covid-19 & Health Policies

– By attending, you agree to adhere to any health and safety measures required by the event organisers or individual venues, which may include Covid-19 protocols. If you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms, please do not attend.
