Tamsin Elliott Trio
Bristol Folk House
Fri 1 May | Doors 7.00 pm
An evening of sublime cross-cultural folk.

Tamsin is a multi-intrumentalist, composer and film-maker with roots in the traditional dance tunes of the British Isles.
“A new British talent, full of beautiful, filmic compositions for accordion, harp, whistle & voice” The Guardian
Her debut album ‘FREY’ marked her as a rising star on the folk scene, poignantly exploring themes of environmental grief. Her forthcoming album ‘The Meeting Tree’ celebrates connection nature, and the joy of sharing tunes with friends.
Joining Tamsin in the trio are her long term collaborators and festival favourites, Sid Goldsmith on cittern and concertina & Rowan Elliott on fiddle.
“Cross-cultural influences magnificently coalesce…highly personal yet universally resonant” ★★★★ Songlines
“In a word, sublime” Tradfolk
